The day was practically spent at home. Had late dinner with Moosie and his bestfriend, Eji with her fiancee as well as his two brothers and gf. Was supposed to meet up at 8 plus at Bedok Corner to have the famous Ikan Bakar but we decided to call off the plan as his bestfriend was going to be very late.. Therefore, we headed to ECP where we thought that his bros are still playing soccer but to our dismay they had already ended and since we were not able to find a carpark, we waited for them at the handicapped lot. We proceeded to Newton Circus(N.C) soon after and still had to wait for his best friend till they come much later which was at around 10.30pm. Luckily, N.C usually closes till the wee hours of morning.. Instead of dinner, it was close to supper.. Well, we had lotsa seafood.. Amongst them are the incredibly delicious Ikan Pari Bakar,Tom Yam, Calamaris, Chop Chye and Kangkong, cockles(Nyum2).. Hmm.. What else... I cant remember uh... Oh ya.. We didn't manage to have the baby squid as it was sent to the wrong table...

Well, the highlight of the night was that his car had undergone maintenance in the day, changing his clutch, his open port air filter, servicing of his air-con, changing his engine oil and etc etc.. He spent almost RM1300 on those alone.. Then... after our supper, his car went BONKERS and was unable to start!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA... We spent almost half hr trying to start the car and finding numbers to call when his brother suddenly remembered about his ITE Lecturer.. Well, his bro's taking Automotive Tech, repairing cars and all, so, his lecturer is the best person to refer to lah.... Hmmmmph.. We managed to start the car up after following guided instructions from his lecturer.. Alhamdulilah.. The downfall of the night on the other hand in my opinion was that we had to wait and his bro's gf's fingers got stuck between the door hinges of Moosie's Car when she was in a hurry to get out while Moosie slammed the door ... Ouch........Luckily, it swelled slightly... Not a great way to end the Night i guess.....

Moosie had a date with me and we decided to go PUBLIC... Yes... PUBLIC.... Its been a very long timu huh Moosie.. ? :D He was Jakon-ed (if there is any such word), astounded to be exact when he saw the digital/elecrtronic images displayed while on the way from Lttle India Station toward Dhoby Ghaut Station.. Hahaha.. Cute lah eh.. Dah lama tak naik NEL, (padahal dulu regular commuter) and suddenly things change and you become very excited over things that are new.. Well.. We alighted at D.G.. Headed for GV, thought of watching Australia but it wasnt released yet, so we went makan at McKenzie Rex... Walked to Raffles City Shopping centre to window shop and then to Marina Square then to Suntec, thought of B&J but realised that its no longer there....bought Andersen's(just like old times) ans went to esplanade to finally rest our tired feet... Its been a while since we went to Esplanade and then we realized that the area is conquered by the MAT KOTAI's and some others... People feeding their dog's...It's supposed to be a nice place to chill but the area is already so littered with litters they left behind, and there's dog poo stench lingering in the air.... I felt like an alien being in my own country...Uugghhhh!!!!
After a while, we cabbed home.. Initially tought of going Punggol straight but Moosie felt that it was best to go back to Wdls for him to take the car n drive me home instead.. I knew he cannot tahan going public again... He can't live without his car... Haha...

P.S. The moral of the story is....... U CANNOT TAHAN TAKING PUBLIC TRANSPORT!!! Imagine me having to take public transport everyday... Therefore, fetch me everyday eh sayang.. :) (bat an eyelid)
