Daddy has been away for like 11 days now and I am soooo missing him.. I had to take over the post as a chauffer for mom.. Lately, my fam's been experiencing some down moments. For a start, dad has not been there when the family needs him and my nyai had been warded for already three days now due to some undiagnosed illness.
What s*@# has the hosp been doing?

Initially nyai has been experiencing difficulties in breathing.. She wasn't able to sleep since early of the week. She even told mama that arwah yai'e came to visit her. Oohh.. Scary..
mama brought her to nearby polyclinic but after doing lotsa tests, they gave her the all clear except for her high blood which shot up.
Mom n I visited her later that night and tried pursuading her to go to the hosp for a thorough check. Almaklum... Polyclinic cannot really be trusted.. but orang tua a bit stubborn mah.. Plus she seemed afraid.. So, she shrugged off the idea and said that it would be a wastage of money..
Mom cooked for her since she had no appetite to eat..
A couple of days later, which is on Labour Day, she decided that she could no longer bear the pain and requested to be sent to the hosp.. Her bp shot up to 235 and they said that she had pneumonia.. Paru-paru berair... My quest is.. Why is it the polyclinic could not detect this even though she went for a lot of tests?
Now, the docs said she might have diabetes??... Lagi question mark!! How can she have it when she did not even have it in the first place? The hosp fed her glucose before that and then they suspect her diabetes later... (Now i garuk kepala..) I think they are not doing their job. And worst still, nyai had to wait till tom for the Cardiologist (did i get it right?) to check on her shortness of breath..

I had been busy running errands for mom and sending the whole fam to the hosp to be by nyai's side.. and today, I was denied entrance to the hosp coz I had a fever.. They checked me twice with a 10 mins interval and my temp read 38.6 & 38.7. Therefore, denied to visit nyai... Okay.. stupid swine flu.. Or Influenza A as it is called. So, I practically had to wait and wait.. and jalan2 at nearby shopping centres.. Lucky Moosie was there to acc me during luch and he bought me a new book to while away my time... :D Thanks dear.. love..
And luckily Mama with the kids accompanied me too.. after Moosie left to do his project.. I am really feeling ultra lethargic... i think my sickness had yet to go away.... If my temp stays constant till tom for the temp taking exercise, i think i'll be shooed away from school... I hope that doesn't happen for I need the grades bebeh...

I'll continue blogging once Nyai's well... I'll be busy for the moment.
